Based on feedback from over 50,000 active Gempak98 app users across Malaysia.
The days of having to sit in front of a computer to enjoy online entertainment are long gone. Today, almost everyone in Malaysia carries a smartphone everywhere — and that's why gempak98 has invested heavily in developing a mobile app that truly meets the needs of local users. The gempak98 app is not just a stripped-down mobile version, but an experience rebuilt from the ground up specifically for touchscreens, mobile connections, and the playing habits of Malaysian users.
Since the gempak98 app launched, feedback from users across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu — shows a significant improvement in user satisfaction compared to accessing via a standard web browser. Faster speeds, a more responsive interface and exclusive mobile features such as live notifications and biometric login make this app the top choice for more than 80% of active gempak98 users today.
The gempak98 design team understands that Malaysian users have unique needs. Many use phones on mobile data connections that can be unstable at times, especially in rural areas or while on the move. That is why the gempak98 app is built to run efficiently even at moderate internet speeds — ensuring a smooth gaming experience without frustrating interruptions.
The Gempak98 app interface defaults to Bahasa Melayu, with the option to switch to English or Chinese based on user preference. This ensures every Malaysian user feels comfortable and can easily navigate all available features without any confusion.
One of users' main concerns when installing a third-party app on their phone is security. gempak98 fully understands this concern and takes serious steps to ensure the app you download is genuinely safe. Every Android APK version released by gempak98 is digitally signed with a verifiable certificate, while iOS files go through a strict internal review process before being distributed to users.
Within the app, all communication between your device and Gempak98's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. Your personal data, account information, and financial transaction details are never stored in an unsecured state on your device or on third-party servers.
One feature highly valued by gempak98 app users is the convenience of making deposits and withdrawals directly within the app without switching to a web browser. All payment methods available at gempak98 — including TNG eWallet, GrabPay, FPX, DuitNow QR and bank transfer — can be accessed straight from the in-app finance menu.
Deposit and withdrawal processes in the gempak98 app are designed to be completed in under 3 minutes. The intuitive interface guides you through every step clearly, and you will receive a live notification on your phone as soon as each transaction is successfully processed. No more checking your email or logging into the website to verify your transaction status.
Unlike some platforms that offer a limited game selection on their mobile version, gempak98 ensures every game category available on the full website is also accessible through the app. This includes hundreds of slot games from leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, Habanero, and Spadegaming; live table games like baccarat, roulette, and blackjack; as well as sports and e-sports options that are growing in popularity among younger Malaysian users.
All games in the gempak98 app are optimised for touch screens — larger buttons, smoother animations and faster load times compared to the web version. Playing on a phone screen feels just as natural as playing on a desktop, and in many cases even more enjoyable since you can play while relaxing on the sofa, commuting or during your break.
The gempak98 development team is consistently active in releasing new updates for the mobile app — typically once a month for major updates and more frequently for minor bug fixes. Each update brings performance improvements, new features and security enhancements. The gempak98 app is designed to notify you when an update is available, and the update process can be done directly within the app without needing to manually download a new file.
With every update, Gempak98 also adds new games, refines the interface based on user feedback, and ensures compatibility with the latest Android and iOS operating system versions. This commitment keeps the Gempak98 app performing at its peak regardless of the device you use.
If you encounter any issues during the download or installation process, our technical support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that technical problems can arise at the most inconvenient times — which is why in-app live chat support is always active and available in real time. Our experienced team can guide you through every installation step in English or Bahasa Melayu, ensuring you can start playing as quickly as possible without any prolonged disruption.
